Its Tina, from Dont_Go_Breakin_My_Heart, (from what you know, Request__it)  and this is my requesting site! I'm assuming you were on my requesting account. So, if you want a layout, a background, a logo, or fanart, go ahead and look in those tabs on the left. If you want one that's different, then go ahead and request! To request, go to the "Requesting Forms" tab, and comment my account, (request__it) using the form! And I'll get it done as soon as possible(: Please don't ask me how to make layouts; logo's; or backgrounds. I don't have enough patience, or time on my hands to do stuff like that yet. I may (or may not) make a tutorial sometime in the near or far future, but don't be looking forward to it. When you request, complete the entire form please. I'm not going to "delete it without warning" when you comment like other layout makers, but i'll tell you once, and if you still can't request it right then kiss that request goodbye.
